Role & Responsibilities :
- Complete data analytics for Offline channel (Modern Trade) to increase sales and at the same time optimize the spends where the business opportunity is basis data analysis to achieve the sales and cost targets. Eg : Monitor sales performance analysis at store / SKU level, what’s working what’s not working, conduct market research, competition benchmarking, new initiatives and experiments to be driven as project and analyze to improvise.
- Develop Online business of modern trade chains and increase contribution of Online business in the total business by closely working with the category teams of these chains.
- Managing select MT chains as Key Accounts and develop the business of the chain.
- Support Business head with monthly data deck and presentations for management meetings along with analysis of what is driving sales or what activity to be improvised or discontinued to make offline channel eventually profitable and efficient.
Qualifications : Min Graduation + PG / MBA preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience as data analyst in Retail Sales / E CommerceHighly capable of working with data and associated tools.Ability to write and understand backend numbers and work with themStrong working knowledge of Microsoft excel and PowerPoint.
