Gnothi Seauton is a multi-disciplinary, independently-owned integrated communications lab. We are a young and growing agency, headquartered in Delhi, with team members working across Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. We are focused on purposeful storytelling through a systems thinking approach. Our work spans brand marketing, media relations, digital communications, advocacy, and community engagement.

Role Description :

We are looking for a  People Experience & Organizational Catalyst  — someone who goes beyond traditional HR and brings heart, curiosity, and bold thinking to the way people feel, grow, and build their careers with us.

As we scale and launch two new verticals — including a global function — we need a person who can read people deeply, experiment with new approaches, and influence how we build a future-ready organisation. This is a role for someone who loves people, is compassionate yet courageous, and thrives in a high-pace, high-ownership environment.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Talent Scouting & Acquisition

• Lead  non-traditional, creative  talent scouting for brand, communication, creative, and strategy roles.
• Build a talent pipeline using unconventional platforms, communities, and networks.
• Design memorable candidate experiences reflecting our culture of passion and risk-taking.
