Experience : 5 to 10 Years

Location : Noida

Technical Skills :

• Transactional Datastores expertise with deep understanding of distributed data management
• Strong RDBMS knowledge ( Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL ) with active-active cluster setups
• Hands-on with In-Memory Data Grid (IMDG) : Hazelcast, Redis Enterprise, Infinispan, Coherence
• Practical experience with OpenShift (4.14+), Kubernetes, RHEL Linux, bare-metal deployments
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery architectures , replication strategies & cluster management
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible , container monitoring tools
• Strong understanding of caching, data replication, performance tuning & optimization
• Experience in enterprise-level deployments , HA / DR automation, failover-failback
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting & problem-solving capabilities
• Preferred Certifications : RHEL, Kubernetes / OpenShift, Database Administration
