- Should have basic knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors.Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee central.Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution.Hands on all the data models and excellent knowledge of xml.System configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook / Business Blueprint. Help Client understand alternatives for System configuration and design.Defining Company structure, Data models, Business Rules, Permission Managementexperience in integrating SAP EC with HRIS & payroll systemsStrong Learning ability- Agility and wiliness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environment.Must have SuccessFactors certification in EC moduleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Good-to-HaveGood to have Onboarding 2.0 knowledge and Employee central.Integration knowledge will be an extra add on.Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Work directly with business users to understand the problem or opportunity 2 Plan and manage roll out of new functionality to production environment3 Map business requirements, processes, and objectives;

Proactively identify and propose business process and / or system enhancements. 7 Solution design in accordance with configuration workbook / Business Blueprint. Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution.8 Should have experience in integrating SAP Recruiting Management with and other modulesTCS Eligibility Criteria :
