Role : Senior Associate- Workers Compensation

Job Location : Allianz Services, Kharadi, Pune

Mode of work : WFO

Experience : 2 to 6 years

Shift : Night Shift, 5.30 / 6.30 pm + 9 hours

Skills : Workers' compensation, General Insurance, Graduate, Excellent Communication skills

Qualifications :

• Strong understanding of workers' compensation insurance policies and classification codes.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in premium auditing, specifically in workers' compensation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
