Chief Manager - Organization Development & Leadership Development

Requirements

• PGDM in HR / MBA (HR Specialization preferred)
• Minimum 8+ years of HR experience , with at least 5 years in Leadership Development / OD roles in growth-oriented organizations
• BFSI industry exposure is desirable
• Proven expertise in leadership development , competency frameworks , coaching , assessment tools , and OD interventions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and business heads
• Excellent program and project management capabilities, including managing vendors, budgets, and timelines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior audiences
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive business-aligned HR initiatives
