We are seeking a dynamic Sr Business Analyst with exposure in Presales. The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with customers and internal teams
- Translate business requirements into functional and solution specifications
- Prepare BRD, FRD, PRD, training materials, user guides, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead operational study sessions at customer locations
- Understand As-Is processes and define To-Be workflows. Drive requirement sign-off and scope freeze.
- Translate operational reality into product and solution design
- Work closely with engineering, QA, UX, and delivery teams
- Support presales activities such as requirement understanding, solution scoping, and demos
- Participate in RFP / proposal responses from a functional perspective
- Prepare solution overviews, workflow diagrams, and high-level functional architecture
- Conduct stakeholder communication and expectation management
- Validate delivered features against business requirements
- Drive UAT planning, execution support, and closure
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Support data analysis and reporting requirements
- Document integrations, data flows, and business rules
- Ensure traceability of requirements through delivery lifecycle
- Assist in product roadmap and scope planning

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
Experience : 6+ years in Business Analysis role with some exposure to presales.
