Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.

Experience : 4–7 years of relevant experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing or semiconductor / thin-film / process industry .

Key Skills :

• Hands-on experience in cell production line operations (Diffusion, PECVD, Screen Printing, Firing, etc.).
• Strong understanding of process parameters and equipment handling.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality tools (5S, Kaizen, RCA, SPC).
• Good communication, analytical, and team-handling skills.
• Familiarity with MES / SAP systems for production tracking.
