Partner / Director - Investment Banking

The role is with a well-established consulting firm looking to start their Investment Banking vertical .

Key Responsibilities -

• Help clients raise money by issuing stocks or debts. This includes pre-IPO placements and managing Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
• Handle in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations of our clients.
• Advise clients on buying or merging with other companies, which involves valuing the companies, structuring the deal, and managing negotiations.
• Conduct thorough investigations into a company's financials and operations to identify risks and opportunities for a transaction.
• Ensure standards and procedures are maintained by whole team.
• Identify and capitalizing on opportunities and prospects for new work.
• Business development, including working with colleagues in other teams.

Candidate Eligibility - CA / MBA / CFA with 10 to 20 years of experience.
