Senior Architect

Job Title : Senior Architect / Lead Architect

Location : Odisha (Projects across various districts)

Qualification :

B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution

Experience Required :

Minimum 7 years of professional experience as an Architect in architectural planning and execution of building projects

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in designing and developing sports facilities , preferably stadiums or similar large-scale public infrastructure

Experience working on government or block-level projects will be an added advantage

Project Background :

Construction of Block-Level Stadia across multiple districts in Odisha.

The architect will be responsible for leading design, planning, and coordination activities for sports infrastructure projects.

Skills & Competencies :

Strong knowledge of stadium design standards , sports facility planning, and public infrastructure development

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp , and other architectural design tools

Excellent communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead teams and work independently

Must be fluent in Odiya, Hindi, and English

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Must know Odiya, Hindi and English.

Must have Consultancy work.
