Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Practice Management (PMS) Analyst with strong domain knowledge of dental clinic operations, practice management systems, and financial workflows . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major dental PMS platforms and a deep understanding of clinical, operational, and financial interfaces.

Experience : 4 to 8 years

Location- Remote(India)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, interpret, and validate data across various Dental Practice Management Software (PMS) platforms, including Power Practice, Abeldent, Dentrix, Tracker, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, and others.
• Understand and navigate PMS interfaces such as :
• Patient Demographics
• Ledgers
• Appointments
• Treatment Plans
• Claims & Insurance
• Guarantors & Financial Responsibility
• Perform detailed analysis on financial and operational metrics :
• Production & Collection
• Production Adjustments & Collection Adjustments
• Accounts Receivable (AR) & Insurance AR
• Support data extraction, validation, and reconciliation for reporting, analytics, and migration projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify automation or process-improvement opportunities in PMS workflows.
• Assist with test planning, QA, and validation efforts for PMS-related enhancements and data integrations.
• Prepare process documentation, requirements, and user guides as needed.
