Position : GenAI Engineer

Experience : 6-8 years

Location : Hyderabad (5days WFO)

Notice : Immediate to 15 days.

Drives the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI capabilities within the planned solution, including conversational AI, summarization, NLP, and contextual recommendations.

• Evaluate and select optimal LLMs (open-source & commercial) for use cases.
• Develop and fine-tune GenAI models for NLP, summarization, and action item extraction.
• Design prompt engineering strategies for real-time call assistance.
• Implement sentiment analysis and contextual suggestions during client interactions.
• Ensure model accuracy, latency, and ethical AI practices.
• Collaborate with AI / ML and Data teams for model training and deployment.
