About the Role

We are hiring fresh B.Tech / BBA / MBA-HR graduates interested in HR Tech and learning systems. Selected candidates will receive structured training and certification on Cornerstone OnDemand (CSoD) and then support client implementations, configurations, and ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete training and certifications on CSoD Core & LMS.
• Assist in configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Support client requirement gathering and solution design.
• Contribute to data migration, reporting, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated with product features and best practices.

Desired Profile

basic knowledge of SQL / programming preferred.

interest in HR Tech.
