We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Project and Program Manager to oversee complex SOC / IP engineering projects and drive cross-functional program execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects and programs.
• Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and milestones.
• Drive schedule management, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate across engineering, design, QA, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
