About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our analytics and reporting team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel, with a passion for transforming raw data into actionable business insights. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements across business units.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling using Power Query and DAX to ensure high-quality, reliable reporting.
• Build and maintain efficient data models (star schema) to support performance and scalability in Power BI.
• Utilize Advanced Excel for data preparation, formula-based analysis, and workflow automation.
• Connect and manage data sources including Excel, SharePoint, SQL databases, and web APIs .
• Manage data refresh schedules , workspaces, and permissions in the Power BI Service environment.
• Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and create logical data transformation flows for complex datasets.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and reports.
• (Highly Desirable) Use SQL for querying, extracting, and optimizing data for analytics.
• (Optional but Valued) Leverage Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation, automation, and predictive analytics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process automation where possible.
