About the Role : We are looking for a HR Executive who is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft attractive job descriptions Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Track key hiring metrics to improve efficiency and hiring quality Assist in HR Activities for employee engagement, employee issue resolution What We’re Looking For 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles is a plus Why Join Us?
