Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive who is passionate about healthcare marketing and eager to grow in the healthcare communications domain. You will support day-to-day client management, ensure smooth coordination with internal teams, and help drive high-quality campaign execution for some of the top healthcare brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact between the client and internal teams (creative, medical, strategy, operations).
• Assist in managing end-to-end project delivery — from briefing to execution to final delivery.
• Understand client needs, brand guidelines, and medical / healthcare communication requirements.
• Support senior account managers in preparing decks, status reports, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal workflows and ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop strategic and creative solutions for clients.
• Maintain documentation, track deliverables, and ensure timely approvals.
• Build strong working relationships with clients through responsiveness and clear communication.
