Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Engineering Manager. The Engineering Manager will lead and guide engineering teams, oversee project management activities, and ensure seamless software development and system integration. Responsibilities include managing the delivery of high-quality software solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment of projects to business objectives. The role demands active collaboration across cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership
• Strong skills in Software Development and Integration
• Professional expertise in Project Management and ability to oversee technical projects effectively
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams
• Experience in cloud-based IAM solutions or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
