We are now expanding our
AV Sales & Integration
vertical, and looking for a Business Head to lead it as an independent P&L.
Role Description
You will lead the AV Sales & Integration business — from opportunity generation to project delivery.
This includes managing OEM relationships, leading solution sales, ensuring profitable project execution, and mentoring a cross-functional team of sales engineers, design specialists, and service staff.
Key Responsibilities
P&L
for AV Integration vertical (Revenue, Margin, CCC).
OEM and distributor relationships
(Logitech, Crestron, Barco, Poly, Peoplelink, Cisco, Bose, LG, Samsung, etc.).
Sales Managers and Solution Engineers .
tender participation
(GeM and private), pre-bid clarifications, documentation, and margin control.
Deal Desk & pricing guardrails .
Must - Have
AV / UC / Collaboration industry .
solution selling and project integration .
enterprise & government clients
(tenders or RFPs).
project costing, BOQ creation, margin calculation, and cash flow .
