Job Summary :
Silver Streak Multi-Speciality Hospital is looking for a strategic and result-driven Head of
Marketing with at least 15 years of experience in the healthcare or service industry. The
Head of Marketing is responsible for driving footfalls, building brand equity, creating
referral channels, enabling doctor visibility, and ensuring measurable revenue
growth while maintaining reputation and trust.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent networking skills, a strong understanding
of healthcare marketing, and a proven track record of driving growth through multi-
channel initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Planning & Growth
- Develop annual marketing & patient acquisition strategy
- Identify high-revenue specialties (cardiac, neuro, ortho, etc.)
- Create growth plans for domestic & international patient segments
- Drive hospital brand positioning & market differentiation
2. Patient Acquisition & Conversion
Manage lead generation funnels from digital, referrals, corporates, TPAsOversee call centre performance, lead nurturing & conversion ratiosBuild patient journey pipelines for OPD → IPD → Surgery3. Doctors’ Engagement & Promotion
Promote key consultants through campaigns, talks, CME eventsAlign marketing with doctors’ availability, outcomes & new proceduresManage reputation building for star doctors & new consultants4. Corporate, Insurance & TPA Relations
Build partnerships with corporates, SMEs, insurance players & TPAsPitch health camps, wellness programs & screening packagesEnsure empanelment's & corporate coverage visibility5. International Patient Division (IPD)
Build medical value travel channels (Middle East, Africa, CIS, SAARC)Manage travel partners, facilitators, embassies & cross-border brandingCreate international patient concierge & packages6. Community Outreach & Medical Camps
Plan mega free camps, screening drives & public health eventsTie-ups with RWAs, schools, colleges & NGOsOrganise awareness days (Heart Day, Women’s Day, Diabetes Day, etc.)7. Digital Marketing & Performance
Oversee SEO / SEM, social media, content, ORMRun targeted campaigns on Google, Meta, YouTube, regional platformsTrack ROAS, CPL, CPV, OPD footfall & digital attribution8. Hospital Branding & Reputation
Develop branding for departments, units & new technologiesManage internal branding, signage, patient materialsEnsure adherence to NABH communication guidelinesMonitor online reviews, ratings & grievance escalation9. Content & Communication
Oversee patient stories, testimonials, health blogs, videosDevelop campaigns for new equipment, doctors & success casesBuild thought leadership for hospital leadership & clinicians10. Sales & Revenue Support
Collaborate with operations to forecast volumesBuild packages for surgeries & high-end proceduresTrack KPIs : OPD walk-ins, IP admissions, surgery counts, ARPU11. Data Analytics & Reporting
Weekly dashboards : specialty performance, conversion ratios, digital ROICompetition tracking across local & regional hospitalsMonthly analysis for course correction12. Media, PR & Crisis Management
Manage press releases, media meets, patient success storiesNavigate crisis communication (legal cases, negative news, patient complaints)Required Qualifications & Skills :
Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 15 years of marketing / business development experience, preferably ina 200 bedded hospital
Strong corporate networking and B2B relationship-building skills.Experience in working with RWAs, community groups, and healthcare referralnetworks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Knowledge of healthcare marketing trends, strategies, and local marketdynamics.
Proficient in MS Office;familiarity with CRM and marketing tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Attributes :
