Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Manager – B2C. The CRM Manager will oversee the development and implementation of customer relationship strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, segmenting the target audience, creating tailored marketing campaigns, managing CRM tools, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to streamline processes and achieve business goals.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a B2C environment and knowledge of the legal industry are advantageous.
