About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) / Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate closely with business to drive the people agenda aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, combining strong business acumen with human resource expertise to enable workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Partnership

Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and design HR strategies, policies and framework to achieve them.

Design and implement talent management programs across organisations.

Provide insights and recommendations based on HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Talent Management & Development

Support succession planning, talent review, and leadership development initiatives.

Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver capability-building programs.

Drive career development and internal mobility strategies.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Champion employee engagement and implement strategies to strengthen workplace culture.

Partner with managers to promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.

Develop action plans based on periodic engagement surveys feedback.

Performance & Rewards

Partner with business to ensure effective goal setting, performance management, and reward programs.

Support compensation benchmarking and ensure fairness and equity across levels.

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure adherence to labour laws, policies, and compliance standards.

Collaborate with HR shared services and canter of excellence (COEs) to deliver seamless HR support..
