Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Staff at Miles&Smiles Holidays located in Jodhpur. The Operations Staff will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling client inquiries. They will also be involved in booking transport and accommodations, providing support to customers, and resolving any issues that arise during travel.

Qualifications

• Operations and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in computers
• command over English
