As we expand our B2B and education portfolio, we’re looking for a content-first manager who understands long-form storytelling, the pulse of digital conversations, and the discipline of managing client communication in an agency setting.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who can think deeply, write intelligently, and execute independently. You will manage B2B social media accounts, write long-form content across formats, and create smart, structured PowerPoint presentations for clients in the education and corporate space.
Responsibilities include :
- Develop and execute LinkedIn and social content strategies for B2B and education clients.
- Write long-form and medium-form content : newsletters, website copy, blogs, brochures, founder updates, and coffee table book-style content.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars with strong storytelling structure and brand consistency.
- Craft thought leadership content for CXOs and senior leaders, from concept to final draft.
- Build well-designed, narrative-driven PowerPoint presentations (PPT proficiency is essential).
- Manage posting schedules, engagement, and basic analytics to track growth and conversation trends.
- Collaborate with the Design team to brief, co-create, and review visuals for posts and long-form assets.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and evolving content formats.
- Maintain content trackers, reporting sheets, and internal documentation.
- Participate in client calls, brainstorms, and review meetings to align on goals and messaging.
Experience and skills required :
3–5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, editorial writing, or digital communication.Proven experience managing LinkedIn pages and B2B content.Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.Experience writing newsletters, website content, brochures, or institutional communication (education or corporate preferred).Proficiency in creating structured, visually clean PowerPoint presentations.Working knowledge of LinkedIn analytics, post formatting, and scheduling tools.Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.A collaborative mindset and comfort with feedback-driven creation.Working style :
Hybrid setup (1–2 days a week in-office in Gurgaon or at client sites in Delhi-NCR).
Monday to Friday : 10 AM to 7 PM
Saturday : Half day
