Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of pinning & stitching processes in PCB multilayer prep.
• Knowledge of multilayer stack preparation, lamination, and registration.
• Ability to work with pinning equipment (e.G., Burkle, Hitachi, Nippon pin stitchers).
• Understanding of :
• Material properties (core, prepreg, copper foil)
• Knowledge of GD&T, mechanical fixturing, and alignment principle
