The team you will be a part of

The Accounting team establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.

This Role In Summary

Seeking a dynamic accounting team member with 2+ years of relevant experience, offering a strong foundation in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and hands-on work as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Manage end-to-end Record to Report process including journal entries, general ledger postings,, fixed assets, reconciliation and month-end / quarter-end / year-end closing activities. Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of accounting transactions and reports.
• Ensure accounting entries, disclosures, and notes conform to Indian Accounting Standards and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules, perform detailed account reconciliation and analysis, take ownership of assigned ICOFAR controls, and provide support in addressing audit queries.
• Maintain organized and accurate Ind AS-compliant financial records and documentation.
• Support both internal and external audit processes by coordinating and providing required documentation, ensuring the prompt and accurate submission of all requested information. Proactively identify opportunities to improve audit readiness and streamline information sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams regarding accounting treatment as per Indian standards and contribute to policy refinements in line with regulatory updates.
