We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across key mid-market segments. The role demands a proactive, target-oriented professional with strong command on enterprise sales motions and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, prospect, and acquire mid-market clients across hospitality, retail, and automotive segments.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle , from initial outreach to client go-live and onboarding.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets , ensuring consistent pipeline momentum.
- Build, nurture, and expand strategic relationships to drive adoption and ongoing transactions.
- Leverage sales tools and CRM platforms for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
Who You Are
5+ years of sales experience in mid-market or enterprise sales within fintech or SaaS.Proven ability to independently manage the full sales cycle and close complex deals.Strong working proficiency with lead-generation tools, outbound email systems, CRMs, and LinkedIn.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.Self-driven, results-focused, and comfortable operating with autonomy.Thrives in a dynamic, high-growth startup ecosystem.Desirable Qualifications
5+ years of direct experience selling a fintech or SaaS product.Established professional networks in at least one of the target sectors— hospitality, retail, or automotive .Client Profile :
