About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager with strong expertise in Payroll Payables, Accounts Payable, and Vendor Management —preferably from the staffing industry or similar high-volume environments. This role requires exceptional accuracy, process ownership, and the ability to manage large-scale payout cycles while ensuring compliance with statutory norms.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Payroll Operations

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) process, including invoice validation, approvals, and timely vendor payments.
• Handle high-volume payroll-related payouts : staffing partners, consultants, employees, reimbursements, F&F settlements, and statutory remittances.
• Post & verify accounting entries, maintain accurate ledgers, and update financial systems.
• Reconcile payroll outputs vs vendor invoices , ensuring 100% accuracy with zero variances .
• Monitor and maintain payable aging , cash-flow forecasts, and vendor account reconciliations.
