Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Techno Commercial Manager specializing in Cosmetic Ingredients, based in Mumbai with some flexibility for remote work. The position involves managing day-to-day commercial operations, developing and executing business strategies, fostering client relationships, and ensuring contracts and agreements align with company standards. The manager will also lead technical discussions on product applications, oversee market analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency.

• Expertise in Commercial Management and Contract Management
• Team Management abilities with leadership and collaboration focus
• Knowledge of cosmetic ingredient applications and technical requirements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a relevant field
• Experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is an advantage
