Maven Silicon is hiring a dynamic and revenue-driven Digital Marketing Leader with 6–15+ years of experience. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategy, creativity, analytics, and leadership to build high-impact digital marketing engines and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies

Lead performance marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Drive revenue growth through data-driven acquisition & conversion strategies

Optimize SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Display campaigns

Analyze KPIs and build actionable performance reports

Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI

Lead CRM initiatives to improve engagement & retention

Collaborate with influencers and PR agencies to strengthen brand visibility

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements :

6–15 years of experience in digital marketing

Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Marketing or related fields

Strong experience with Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems

Proven leadership and team-management skills

Deep analytical skills and an ROI-driven mindset

Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications : Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.

Familiarity with marketing automation

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
