Primary Job Title : Consultant - General Medicine (MD / DNB)

Location : On-site at CIMS Mathura Uttar Pradesh. Join a clinical team delivering evidence-based general medicine services to a diverse patient population across OPD IPD and emergency care settings.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care for adult patients in outpatient inpatient and emergency settings perform assessments order and interpret investigations and define treatment plans.
• Stabilize and manage acute medical emergencies coordinate with ICU and emergency teams for escalation and transfer when required.
• Perform bedside procedures relevant to general medicine (e.g. pleural aspiration arterial blood gas sampling) and document findings accurately.
• Lead daily rounds create discharge plans and ensure timely handovers and continuity of care across multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and supervise junior doctors residents and nurses; contribute to case discussions clinical teaching and training activities.
• Participate in clinical governance : maintain medical records adhere to protocols support audits infection control and quality-improvement initiatives.
