Job Description : Business Development Manager

Experiece : 4+

Location : Bangalore

Position Overview :

  • We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team in various sales roles related to Microsoft Dynamics, including Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Senior Sales Representative, Senior Sales Coordinator, B2B Sales & Marketing, Lead Generation, Business Development Manager, ERP Sales, Cloud Sales, and Software Sales.
  • The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and a passion for technology, particularly Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales of Microsoft Dynamics products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately to track progress and achieve goals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and achievements to management.
  • Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in software or technology sales.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP / CRM solutions is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
