Field Sales Executive (Males Only)

Requirements :

Bike & Valid Driving License – Mandatory

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Acquisition : Approach potential customers (individuals / businesses) to sell insurance products.

Sales Presentations : Conduct face-to-face meetings and explain policy features & benefits.

Lead Generation : Utilize cold calling, outdoor activities, referrals, and networking.

Relationship Building : Maintain cordial and long-term customer relationships.

Market Insights : Share customer feedback to enhance product strategies.

Customer Support : Assist with policy renewals, claims support, and service queries.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Telesales Executive (Females Only – In Office)

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain insurance products.

Generate leads through calling & follow-ups.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies.

Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.

Meet monthly telesales targets.

Skills & Qualifications (Applicable to All)

Fluency in Tamil; good communication in English.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets consistently.

Good customer service mindset.

Strong motivation, enthusiasm, and resilience.

Ability to build long-term client relationships.
