Role Overview

Be the strategic partner to clients — servicing, pitching, cross-selling, and ensuring campaign success. Blend creativity, strategy, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client communication & expectations
• Pitch concepts, creators, and strategy to clients
• Upsell / cross-sell new ideas, retainer plans & quarterly strategies
• Build campaign plans & performance narratives
• Translate client goals into actionable briefs for the ops / creative team
• Review deliverables before sharing
• Track performance, insights & strategic recommendations
• Manage P&L of campaigns assigned
