Roles and Responsibilities
1.Global Market Research & Prospecting
- Identify pharma manufacturers, distributors, and training partners across international markets.
- Build prospect databases using LinkedIn, Apollo.Io, and trade directories.
- Track and analyze buyer patterns and competitor activity.
2.Outbound Outreach & Client Engagement
Run multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls.Craft and personalize messages to decision-makers in QA, Production, and Procurement.Manage responses, follow-ups, and CRM updates systematically.3. Inbound Marketing :
Write content and blogs to establish thought leadershipOrganize and conduct offline and online workshops / webinarsSupport planning for international expos and customer meetings.4.Sales Enablement & Coordination
Prepare quotations and export documentation support.Coordinate internally with our scientists.5.Growth Exposure (Beyond Sales)
Learn Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy design and international business setup.Opportunity to represent SSI at global expos and client visits abroad.Gradually lead outreach across countries and manage new team members.What We’re Looking For
0–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, exports, or market research.Strong spoken and written English;clarity and confidence on client calls.
Curiosity to learn about pharmaceutical manufacturing and visual inspection.Comfort with tools like LinkedIn, Excel, CRM software, and research platforms.Analytical mindset, high ownership, and ability to think through complex client needs.What You’ll Gain
