Project Engineer – India (Remote, Mechanical & Electrical Installation)

Project Installation Management

Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical engineering projects.

Develop detailed installation schedules and ensure smooth project execution.

On-site Supervision & Quality Control

Monitor the entire installation process, including progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.

Lead, coordinate, and guide the installation team to ensure high-standard workmanship.

Safety Management (EHS)

Ensure all on-site activities strictly follow company EHS policies and client-specific safety requirements.

Take full responsibility for personnel and equipment safety to prevent any incidents.

Cross-functional Coordination

Collaborate with internal engineering, supply chain, and client teams to resolve installation issues and ensure project delivery.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare installation status reports, risk assessments, and completion documentation as required.

Qualifications

Diploma degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

More than 3 years of hands-on installation experience in non-standard automation equipment or similar industries.

Ability to work remotely across India with willingness to travel for on-site project assignments.

Fluent English for daily work communication.

Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Requires frequent business travel to project sites.
