Job Description : Project Engineer – Construction is responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating all construction activities across assigned project sites. The role ensures timely project execution while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cost control. The candidate will act as a key interface between clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal project team, ensuring smooth site operations and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage end-to-end construction activities at sites. Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and progress reports. Ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project milestones. Oversee resource planning including manpower, materials, and equipment allocation. Conduct regular site inspections and review safety compliance as per industry standards. Identify risks, resolve site-related issues, and implement corrective actions promptly. Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, quality records, and site logs. Ensure cost control through efficient planning, monitoring, and minimizing wastage. Provide leadership and mentorship to site engineers, supervisors, and the project team. Represent the company in client meetings, progress reviews, and audits. Ensure timely completion and handover of projects. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering 5–15 years of experience in building construction or related fields. Proven experience managing large-scale construction sites. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management, and safety norms. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Words, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project monitoring tools (preferred).
