Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Property Expert based in Hyderabad. The Senior Property Expert will be responsible for managing and overseeing property transactions, both commercial and residential. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on property matters, conducting property evaluations, negotiating sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with other team members and maintaining accurate property records. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Proven Sales abilities and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
