About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an exceptional hiring experience while working closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor by understanding hiring needs and delivering targeted sourcing and attraction strategies.
- Partner with business leaders to provide guidance throughout the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, attraction, assessment, offers, and market insights.
- Act as a recruitment project manager and subject matter expert , ensuring transparent, evidence‑based processes and recommending improvements to enhance the TA function.
- Maintain data quality and enable on‑demand insights to support informed decision‑making.
Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in end‑to‑end talent acquisition , for Finance hiringExperience in Volume & Bulk hiring for FS sectorStrong knowledge of ATS platforms (Workday preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for hiring, stakeholder management, and people engagement.
