Job Title : Sales Development Representative (SDR) (No. of positions - 2)

Experience Required : 0–2 years (Freshers who can write a compelling pitch on why they are a perfect fit will also be considered)
Job Summary :
You will play a key role in prospecting, qualifying leads and driving our sales growth. This is your chance to advance from pure OB activities to actually making the pitch to the prospect and closing deals, directly owning revenue targets.
What You will Do
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Identify and engage potential customers in global markets
Set meetings with decision-makers and key influencers
Learn and understand the company's product in detail
Conduct discoveries identifying customer pain points and requirements
Pitch the solution to close deals
Assist in preparing proposals & presentations
Maintain strong CRM hygiene
What We’re Looking For
MBA degree in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Experience in Outbound activities for any IT products
Hands-on experience with sales tech tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
Excellent communication skills
Confidence, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
