Job descriptionTotal experience ≤ 20 years Minimum 5+ years in full-lifecycle product engineering delivery in Core Banking / Transaction Banking / Payments domain (Temenos, Finacle, Intellect, FIS, ACI, Thought Machine, Mambu, etc.) Recent hands-on (last 3–4 years) in full-stack enterprise technologies : Frontend : React / Angular + TypeScript Backend : Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices Cloud : AWS or GCP (EKS / GKE, Serverless, etc.) DevOps : Kubernetes, Docker, CI / CD, Observability stack Proven track record of meeting / exceeding revenue & margin targets as Delivery Head / Program Director Built and scaled cross-location teams with strong engineering governance Excellent stakeholder management with CXO-level clients in India & overseas Experience in digital banks / fintechs / neobanks Contributions to open-source or patents in banking domain TOGAF or cloud architect certifications Opportunity to lead mission-critical digital programs for Tier-1 banks Direct impact on P&L and account growth Fast-track growth path to AVP / VP in 18–24 months ESOPs + performance bonus over and above CTC
Hiring : Engineering Leader / Delivery Head – BFSI Digital (Core Banking & Payments)
Location : Pune (Hybrid – 3 days office mandatory)
Experience : 15–20 years only (strict filter)
CTC : 50Lacs+++ Best in industry (no bar for the right candidate)

The Role
- Own end-to-end product engineering delivery for large BFSI transformation programs (Core Banking, Transaction Banking, Payments, Lending platforms)
- Define technical roadmap, architecture, and engineering practices
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performance engineering teams (80–150+ members) across locations
- P&L ownership – deliver projects on time, on budget, and with predictable margins
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts and help bootstrap new logos
- Champion engineering excellence, DevSecOps maturity, and IP creation
