Candidates should have strong technical skills, stakeholder management, project management experience, and prior work with multinational corporations (MNCs), with 3-5 years of multinational companies experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team on a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials for onboarding and training programs using modern learning principles.
• Create content optimized for mobile learning platforms to ensure accessibility and engagement.
• Work with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and align content with business goals.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Ensure all content meets organizational standards and is learner-centric.
• Use authoring tools and LMS platforms to create and deploy content.
