You need to be a HODLer of these

Required

• 6-8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, risk management, or product management roles, with at least 3 years in fintech or crypto / trading environments
• Strong understanding of market microstructure, trading systems, and risk management frameworks
• Proven track record of defining and executing strategic initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes
• Experience creating technical requirements documents and working closely with engineering teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making approach
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
