About Antara Cruises

Antara Cruises is India’s pioneering luxury river cruise line, offering world-class hospitality and curated journeys across the country’s most iconic rivers. With a focus on redefining luxury travel, Antara combines cultural immersion, fine dining, and personalized experiences to create unforgettable journeys for discerning travelers.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented DOS / ADOS (Domestic Market) to drive business growth and strengthen Antara’s footprint within India. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury hospitality or travel trade sales, with a strong understanding of domestic market trends and client expectations.

What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking For

Market Expansion :

  • Develop and execute sales plans targeting domestic travel partners, OTAs, and corporate clients.
  • Identify and onboard new business partners across Tier 1 and Tier 2 / 3 cities.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and nurture relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
  • Ensure a superior client experience through consistent engagement and follow-ups.
  • Revenue Growth :

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Leverage data and insights to optimize business development efforts.
  • Representation & Promotion :

  • Represent Antara Cruises at trade fairs, roadshows, and networking events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote Antara’s domestic cruise experiences.
  • Collaboration :

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align offers, campaigns, and itineraries with market demand.
  • Qualifications :

  • Graduate degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within luxury travel, cruises, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across India.
  • Salary Range : ₹20 LPA – ₹36 LPA
