ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an HR Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations at DealBerg. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and documentation processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic startup environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and attendance data.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Handle leave management and related documentation.
- Support HR policy implementation and compliance activities.
- Organise employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Assist in exit formalities and maintain offboarding records.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.0–2 years of relevant HR experience (internship or full-time).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR software tools.Organised, dependable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.WHY JOIN DEALBERG?
