Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Coimbatore. The specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaing relationships with national supermarket chains, procuring orders from them. They will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales efforts, creating and implementing marketing strategies, and conducting sales training sessions. The day-to-day tasks also include liaising with clients, identifying new opportunities to expand market reach, handling distributors, Amazon management and tracking sales performance to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
• Sales and Sales Management experience to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Experience in conducting Training sessions to support and enhance team performance
• Analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities to develop and execute marketing initiatives
• Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
