Role & Responsibilities
- Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
- Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
- Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, and following up for interview schedules.
- Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
- Ability to build relationships with Prime Vendor & Recruiters on a daily basis.
- Focus on Quality Submissions on a daily basis.
- Attend Team Meetings on a daily basis to go over the accomplishments.
- Be accountable for the work assigned on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Understand Organizations Objectives & Goals; And measure the Targets using KPIs.
- Should have Fundamental Understanding of Information Technology Concepts.
- Organize a Daily Schedule based on the tasks assigned.
- Ability to Answer questions for the clients and team members as needed.
CAPABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES :
Have At least 3+ Years Experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter.Good Communication SkillsLeadership CapabilitiesWear multiple hats as needed.Build Healthy relationships with Cross Functional Teams and Individuals in their team.
