Head Of Engineering - IOS

About the Role

We’re building a next-generation consumer mobile experience in stealth mode — something fast, intelligent, beautifully designed, and used multiple times a day. The product is in early build phase, and we’re looking for an iOS Engineering Lead who can take complete ownership of the iOS app and shape the foundation of the product.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end iOS architecture , performance, and reliability.
• Build and mentor a high-calibre team of iOS engineers.
• Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to translate ideas into exceptional, smooth experiences.
• Drive excellence in Swift, SwiftUI, concurrency, animations, offline flows, and API integrations.
• Set engineering standards, code practices, and CI / CD processes.
• Build features that look simple but require excellent engineering behind the scenes.
• Own security, testing, and long-term maintainability at scale.
