About the Role
We are looking for a Game Designer with 3–4 years of experience who can break down games, design fun gameplay, and build levels in both 2D and 3D. You should be comfortable working in Unity, creating prototypes, and understanding how the full game development pipeline works. We want someone who knows mobile game trends, can use data and feedback to improve the game, and enjoys working in a fast-moving, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities Gameplay Design
- Deconstruct and analyze games in detail : core loops, mechanics, systems, balancing, and progression.
- Design gameplay core loops , mechanics , and player controllers .
- Prototype games in Unity .
- Balance games based on data, testing, and player feedback.
- Create and maintain clear GDDs , feature specs, and documentation.
Level Design
Design and block out levels for both 2D and 3D games using paper design and Unity Engine.Build levels that reinforce core gameplay, pacing, challenge, and player engagement.Iterate based on analytics, playtests, and team feedback.Production & Workflow
Strong understanding of the game development pipeline from concept to launch.Work with engineering, art, and QA to ensure smooth implementation.Communicate design goals clearly across teams.Requirements
3-4 years of professional experience as a Game Designer.Strong portfolio showcasing gameplay design, levels design, and Unity prototypes.Proficient in Unity (prototyping, level blockouts).Understanding of hypercasual, casual, and mid-core game design principles.Ability to analyze metrics and apply insights to improve gameplay.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Passion for playing and analyzing games across genres.
