Job description

Lead Generation Specialist (Fresher, Fulltime / Part-Time) — Recruitment & Consulting

Contract : 3-month test project (option to extend or go permanent)

Location : Remote from India (collaborate with teams in India & Sweden)

About the Role

We're looking for three motivated and communicative freshers to join our team as Lead Generation Specialists .

You'll help build a pipeline of qualified prospects for our recruitment and consulting services in Sweden.

This is a great opportunity to learn B2B lead generation, global business communication, and professional outreach strategies.

Fluent English (written and spoken) and a proactive mindset are essential.

Who You'll Reach Out To

You'll learn how to identify and connect with :

  • HR & Talent Leaders : HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, People Partners
  • Technical & Operational Managers : Engineering, IT, Product, Manufacturing, R&D, QA, and Operations leaders across various industries in Sweden

What You'll Learn and Do

With guidance from senior team members, you'll :

  • Research and map companies / personas in Sweden using company websites, public registries, and industry directories
  • Build targeted contact lists (without relying on LinkedIn)
  • Run email and phone outreach to book qualified meetings with decision-makers
  • Send meeting invites (Teams / Google Meet), confirm attendance, and update CRM records
  • Prepare short summaries of each booked meeting
  • You'll get hands-on experience with CRM tools, international communication, and data-driven outreach.

    What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills and fluent English (written & spoken)
  • Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn B2B sales & research
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good note-taking and follow-up habits
  • Comfortable with online tools and ready to work independently
  • Bonus : Knowledge of Sweden or Nordic markets; basic awareness of GDPR or business communication tools
